Service Changes or Cancel Services
If you have leveled up your license then you need to level up your learning account. You can upgrade your status and provide your new licensing information. Don't forget to provide update card information when your card expires or you wish to change.
If you are looking to cancel your service, we always hate to see anyone go. Before you cancel please talk to our office staff and explore other options. If you must go, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Please note that services will continue to the end of the paid term.
